SSC GD Constable Exam 2015 syllabus & paper pattern
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has just announced recruitment advertisement to recruit eligible candidates in the various department under SSC. As per the notification there are total 62390 number of Vacant Posts of Constable in CISF, BSF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, NIA & SSF which comes under SSC. Applications was received through the online mode. SSC Constable Exam Pattern
- The written examination will be contain multiple choice objective type.
- There will be 4 different question paper code for the candidates.
- Each question paper contains different paper section.
- There will be 100 question in the question paper and each Question contains 1 Mark.
- The time duration for written examination will be 120 Minutes which is 02 Hours.
- There will be no negative (-) marking on wrong answer.

- General Intelligence & Reasoning:
This section may include questions on similarities and differences, arithmetic number series, analogies, relationship concepts, observation, spatial orientation, spatial visualization, visual memory, discrimination, arithmetical reasoning and figural classification, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, etc.
- General Knowledge and General Awareness:
Questions in this section will be aimed at testing the candidates general awareness (GK) of the environment around country or world. Questions will also be asked for test knowledge of current GK and of such matters of every day observations and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected person. The examination will also include questions relating to India and its nearby countries especially pertaining to sports, Geography, General Polity, History, Culture, Economic Scene, scientific Research etc. These examinatio Questions will be such that they do not require a special study of any discipline.
- Elementary Mathematics:
This paper include questions on problems relating to Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions and relationship between Numbers, Number Systems, Interest, Percentages, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Ratio and Time, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Profit and Loss, Discount, Mensuration, Time and Distance, Time and Work, etc.
Applicants ability to understand basic English/ Hindi, his basic comprehension would be tested.
